When working on art commissions, it's important to clearly define the terms and expectations in the agreement to avoid misunderstandingsThe terms and conditions govern the agreement between the artist and the client regarding the comission of artwork.The artist has the right to refuse any commisions for any reasons.

༺ payment ༻

The client agrees to provide clear and detailed references, including but not limited to images, descriptions, and specific requirements, to ensure the artist has a clear understanding of the desired outcome for the commission.

The Client agrees to pay 50% of the total commision price upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of an artwork.
Paypal : International buyer
Touch n Go or Bank In: Malaysian / Local Buyer
If the Client cancels the commision after the payment has been made,the upfront payment is non- refundable.
Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in the withholding of the final artwork and may result in the cancellation of the comission.

༺ Post-Completion Changes ༻

Minor revisions are permitted during the creation process (sketch stage); however, significant changes may incur additional fees.
After the final artwork has been delivered, no further changes will be made unless previously agreed upon in advance.
Any changes requested after the final delivery will be subject to additional fees, with the Artist providing of the costs associated with such changes.

༺ Delivery ༻

Commisions estimated time is 3 weeks.
Delays may occur depending on the waiting list, complexity of your commision and problems. (i.e college, health related issues)
the Client will be informed of any delays.
Completion of artwork will be sent in jpeg,png format via email.

༺ RIGHT & USAGE ༻

Commercial use of artwork by the client are strictly PROHIBITED.
The client is not permitted to modify, alter, or resell the artwork without the prior written consent of the artist. (no consent)
The client is allowed to turn the commissioned artwork into personal merchandise for their own use (not for resale). However, it is important to note that the artist does not permit the commercial use of their artworks.
The artist reserves the right to post the completed commission image on any of their social media platforms for portfolios,galleries.
If the client does not wish for their commission to be posted, they must inform the artist in advance.
The client agrees the Artist may use commision details and artwork for promotional purposes unless agreed in writing.
The client may use the commissioned artwork as a social media profile picture. The client is also permitted to post the commissioned illustration, provided that the artist is properly credited.

༺ cancellations and refunds ༻

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In such cases, full refund will be issued.
If the client cancels the commission after work has commenced, the upfront payment will be non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for completed commissions.

༺ Lialibility ༻

The Artist shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the Client's use of the commissioned artwork.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Artist harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the artwork

༺ Agreement ༻

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and sign by both parties.
By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.
